Most growth content online is recycled. The people who really know what’s working are too busy doing it to post about it. So we started putting them in a room: operators building growth right now, and founders leading it at their companies.

The format is simple. A few guests, a lot of questions, and nothing leaves the room. That’s what makes people talk openly about the channels that failed, the numbers they don’t share publicly, and the bets they’re making next.

We hosted events with more than 100 guests, including Chiefs of Growth and Heads of Growth from very large companies, and top tier founders, among them two YC founders. First in Santiago, then in Mexico City.
